Description
- Reporting
on a day to day basis initially to the Joint Chief Executive and Company
Secretary and then to the General Manager (Penrith & Lillyhall), the
successful applicant will be required to manage a small team of Call Centre
Personnel, some being full-time, some being part-time and some working
remotely. The role will involve to co-ordinating and managing data input and
output to and from Dealerships, following the processes that will be operated
as part of the After Sales Marketing of the Group. The job will involve
managing systems to identify contacts, managing customer contact and feeding
the relevant information back to Dealerships. Preferably with Call Centre
experience or experience of Managing a Call Centre, the successful applicant
must understand the basics of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and be
computer literate with a grasp of Dealer Computer Management Systems. With a
flair for people management, the individual must be prepared to be flexible
with regards to working hours (the Call Centre will operate until early
evening). The successful candidate must also be a self starter who is able to
work without regular management direction. |
