We ship via NZ Post and all postage rates are set by them.
For large artworks, the price can vary significantly depending on the size, weight and where you are located. We will obtain a quote prior to shipping large artworks and will confirm with you and invoice the balance once we calculate shipping costs. Please note that we have no control over foreign Customs Services or Local Authorities, who may undertake surcharges, or charge Duty, Tax, Quarantine or other fees, at their discretion, and in accordance with local regulations.
While all care is taken, please be advised that shipping is at your risk. We will obtain a tracking number and provide you with this so that you can monitor delivery. We will also monitor to ensure, as best as we are able, safe and speedy delivery of your special artwork.
DELIVERY TIME
Original Art Work
Deliveries within New Zealand typically arrive within three to five working days.
International deliveries typically arrive within seven to 14 days. Please be aware that in some instances, for example, in the United Kingdom, customs tax may be payable prior to delivery.
Prints
Please be aware that all prints are created to order. The lead time for paper and canvas prints is usually one week and prints take 3 weeks to be produced and delivered.
CAN I PICK UP FROM YOUR STUDIO?
Yes if you are in The Bay of Islands, I am based in Rangitane, 11 km from Kerikeri Center. If you would like to pick up please call or email with your order number so we can liaise a pickup time.
